Promoting Green Kitchen Appliances
In the age of going green and energy efficiency campaigns, greening the home is one of the trends catching up to consumers. Today there are even more ways to go green at home with a variety of newly designed products. One room in the house where green products create a significant impact is the kitchen. The kitchen can contain a number of electrical appliances and non-recyclable materials. Below are examples of green items now making its way in the kitchen.
Energy-efficient appliances - These are the most popular green items found in the kitchen. Examples of green appliances out in the market today include:
• Refrigerator - The Whirlpool Resource Saver is said to be the most energy-efficient side by side refrigerator out in the market. It has an energy star rating 30 percent more efficient than federal standards. Energy required to power the appliance is said to be only equal to the energy of a 60-watt light bulb.

Although green is in today and there has been previous and constant promotion about the use of green products, small business owners can also increase exposure and brand recognition through small printed materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogs and calendars. Hey Matt, I was researching online this morning for my lesson plans. I came across something that I thought might help ease the pain of missing the blue angels fly. I hope this creative and educational activity will make up for loss and fill that hole in your heart.
Watch The Flying Jet
You can watch a jet flying all over the sky, no matter where you are. You'll need a cardboard tube, a piece of plastic wrap and tape. Trace around the end of the tube on the plastic wrap with a ball point pen. Draw a small jet plane on the middle of the circle. Then tape the plastic wrap to the tube, keeping the jet in the middle of the tube opening. To see the jet fly, just look up at the sky or ceiling through the open end of your telescope. Move your head around slowly while looking through it and the jet will seem to be flying across the sky.
