Fresh Saver
A good story idea?
k so i want to write a story but every time i try to write something i rip it out. I want it to be a love story. Kinda like the twilight series but something original. Something fresh. I know that i should be writing things down instead of writing this but thats all i have been doing is trying and trying and i will keep trying. I just need a push. A motivation. I need some ideas. So If someone could just help me that wuld be great. You would really be a life saver lol. Thank you! 
Don't destroy what you write! I understand your desire to create something fresh and original and applaud you for it! I think that a great number of young want-to-be writers are producing "Twilight" clones which will never fly! Try this: capture an idea, then develop it into a concept/plot; you will be able to decide from that whether you have derived a unique story. If so, make a rough draft which will develop the tale and characters, plan the conflict, the climax, and the ending. As an "author" myself, I have found that my stories seem to write themselves once I know where I want them to go. Just write and see what you produce! Good luck!

Can you freeze and reheat homemade pancakes?
As a parent with 2 children a great morning time saver for me are the pancakes you buy in the frozen section and pop them in the toaster. My kids love them! On the weekend we made some homemade pancakes and it occured to me....can I make fresh pancakes, freeze them and toast them like I would the ready made store bought ones? It would be very cost effective since mix is very cheap.
Has anybody done this in the past?
As a mother of two who love to eat homemade pancakes I will have to say YES YOU CAN.
The trick is to let them cool completely before freezing (condensation = ice crystals) between each pancake place wax paper or parchment paper (like hamburgers patties) and seal in an air tight bag (I use a straw to suck out the air in the bag)
To re-heat, I let them sit on the counter for a couple of minutes (so they can warm up) and place in the toaster. If you just go from freezer to toaster the outside would be crispy and the inside still cold. If you let them warm up and soften a little they cook just like the ones out of the box.

P.S. This works great with chocolate chip, blueberry and peanut butter pancakes, not so well with banana or strawberry though.
