Instead Plastic Wrap
Urgent! What can I use instead of a toilet plunger?
Our toilet is blocked! We have a toilet brush but no plunger, and all the stores are shut, so I can't go and buy one. Is there something I can use instead of a plunger? Is there any method that you use, or are there any chemicals/substances you use that are effective? I've already tried plastic-wrapping my arm and, uh...wiggling around! The blockage is too far down to reach!
Well I have heard of using boiling water. But I don't know what your situation is. It has the same effect as liquid plumber. Liquid plumber gets to the blockage and then chemically reacts with the blockage and creates heat. So boiling water down the pipes is the same basic idea. I don't recommend putting your tooth brush in the toilet, you wouldn't want that to get stuck accidentally. When you boil the water boil lots and lots, not just a cup or two. Fill every pot you have and use every burner on the stove. Good luck!

Plastic Wrap
Will it cause health hazard by wrapping foods or vegetables in newspaper for storing in the Fridge ?
We usually wrap our vegetabled from the market with newpaper instead of plastic bags, just wondwering if the ink or paper used in newpaper priting be harmful to health.
Ink from newspaper is made out of vegetable dye so i should be fine. I see alot of places and people doing that.
