is dried or powdered egg still used in the kitchen, and if so, what name does it go under, in UK supermarkets?
also is it yolk..white or mixture....and what is its most popular use in the kitchen?
I use powdered egg quite a lot it is made by Super Cook and is for sale in most supermarkets, I buy mine from Tesco's it is called Egg White powder, and can be used for quite a lot of dishes savoury and sweet.
I use mine mostly for meringues and Royal icing.

this is a good diet to lose weight quick. I am doing this diet for 3 months but for drastic measures, it's a diet that heart patients use to lose weight before surgery.
Yeah right.. it’s next to impossible to clean dried egg from siding with a garden hose. It’s easy enough it the mess is low enough on the building where you can scrub it off.
