My goose is gonna hatch in about a week, so I need to get some food for it. If I just buy a bigass 20 pound bag of chick starter, will that be enough for the gosling until it grow up? I'm not sure about how much to feed it, since i'm just going to have one. Also, the bag I was looking at said 24% on it.

Well, I'm not raising my goose to lay eggs. I just wanted a pet, so I'll be giving it plenty of attention.
Bit sad that you are just going to have the one gosling- birds are social animals and they need companionship.
If you are using chick starter, you'll only need to feed it for about 2 weeks to a goose, but then you should move quickly to a pullet grower and continue feeding that until point of lay. What you really should be feeding it if it's available to you are mixes specifically for waterfowl or failing that game birds, chicken feed is always the last resort- unfortunately most small feed stores aren't prepared to stock specialist feeds so I guess we just have to make do with what we have. Just make sure that the feed doesn't contain a coccidiostat. You don't need this medication in waterfowl feed as waterfowl are much less likely to suffer from the condition than chickens and in fact in some countries it is illegal to feed to waterfowl medicated feed as the medications have not been approved for use in that type of bird.
24% I assume means the protein level and this is a good level for a young gosling.
20 pounds should be fine to get your gosling through the starter period, feed consumption will vary according to weather conditions etc- it's not a good idea to try to judge it in advance. You won't have any leftovers if you introduce the grower feed gradually to avoid a sudden change of feed.

What is a good starter sewing machine?
I'm looking for cheap but decent sewing machine. I'm not going to be sewing anything heavy duty just small bags and garments. What's a good machine to start with and what type of features would be the most helpful?
I have a Brother & love it. Make sure it sew straight & zig zag. After that, the options are endless. I would avoid an electronic machine as a starter, manual machines are much more straight-forward. However, if you see yourself doing lots of fancy embroidery, then that may be the way to go. Try www.epinions.com.
