Four Replacement
Knee replacement four months ago. How long before the pain stops?
Hi,
I am a physical therapist. Pain after a knee replacement can last a number of months, depending upon the person. Some have no pain within a few weeks and some can have pain linger for months. Make sure you are using ice (no heat) 10 minutes at a time a few times a day. Follow the recommendations for exercise as abnormal movement and weak muscles will add to joint stress. Finally, if the pain continues, talk with your doctor about either pain medication or anti-inflammatory meds.

Yes. Open a dispute through paypal for a full refund. Don't let him offer you one as a gift to your account because he can then get the funds back from you.
You shouldn't really have any problems getting your money back. 34 days is WAY too long to be making excuses. I had this happen with someone whom I bought a $350. camera lens from one time. They just ignored me forever, until I got aggravated and just did a dispute to get my money back. There were no problems. They didn't send it, and I no longer wanted to buy it from THEM.
If you ever have any SELLING questions, feel free to ask me. Paypal is terribly unfair and rude to it's sellers. You're slightly safer as just a buyer but still… this company states in their User agreement that they can take money from you're account whenever they want… whether you make a purchase or not… They also don't background check employees and you're giving very sensitive, private information to people who, for all you know, are identity thieves and scam artists. Use caution when dealing with paypal.
