Dried Egg Whites
egg whites dilemma?
I love egg whites turkey and cheese for breakfast but i know cheese is fattening, any suggestions on what i can put on there instead of cheese so the sandwich isnt so dry
I would def go for low fat cheese. It tastes the same to me. I can't even tell the difference. Maybe you could throw some green peppers in there? Or add low fat milk to the whites before you make them.

How do you beat egg whites untill stiff (but not dry) ?
Electric whisk. When you lift the whisk up, the point when the peaks don't droop down again is when they are stiff. Hold the bowl upside down above your head to check as well. The egg whites should stay in the bowl. If you don't have an electric whisk it's going to take a LONNNNG time.
