thawed chicken in a food saver bag?
I pulled two chicken breasts from the freezer to the fridge on Thursday night thinking I would be able to use them Saturday. Some stuff came up and I won't be able to use them until Monday. They are vacuum sealed in a food saver bag. Will they be okay Monday?
Yes. It sometimes takes around 2 days for the meat to thaw completely as long as it only thawed in the fridge.

Instead of finding out which vacuum bags go with my vacuum cleaner, I just asked the clerk which vacuum bags they had the most of in stock, and then bought a new vacuum cleaner that matched those bags. I felt decadent but content, until I realized I now had to drag a whole vacuum cleaner home.
