Mylar Food
Can anyone give me a good website that teaches about preserving dried food?
such as sugar.....muffin mix.....legumes etc....
The ones I have found want you to buy theirs. I already have mylar bags , oxygen absorbers, and buckets but I'm not sure what I can package in them besides rice and pasta.
I also have cans.

i wouldn't know about any websites i will try and look some up for you,
i can suggest that the muffin mix wont last too long.
basic preservation is, canning, keeping them air-tight, freezing, keeping them dry.
NEVER MOIST.

It can be recycled, it is a form of plastic. You would need to check with your local recycling company to see if they accept it. I go the impression from the websites I have visited that not all places take it. If your local company does not take it they should be able to tell you who can.
