Powder Whole Eggs

Whats a good dessert to make with fresh cherries?
I have a whole bag of fresh cherries and I don't know what to make. In the cupboard I have white/brown sugar, flour, baking soda, walnuts, vanilla/choco pudding, powdered sugar, milk, eggs.... any suggestions?

Can you make pudding without egg yolk?
I have a container of powdered egg whites, and I was wondering how different pudding would be if you made it with the powder instead of a whole egg. Obviously the taste would be altered somewhat, but besides that, would any thing happen?
Or do I just need to experiment?
I've never tried it, but just out of curiosity, I did a search and found one recipe online for a egg white pudding. The amounts of sugar are in grams, though and the closest I can figure out is 125 grams equal 8 and 3/4's tablespoons. You can find the recipe here:

Just mix the whole box with the ingredients listed. Use as much batter as you need and dump the rest. or make a second cake.
make the whole batter,but only put however much the pan can hold.Then with the extra batter make a smaller cake for yourself or that someone special.Just a thought.
Just make the mix according to the box & fill you pan. Discard what you don't use.
Yes, use all of the powder. If the cake is too high after you bake it, then use a sharp knife to cut it to the size you want.
